2025 MLB Top 50 Prospect Rankings

Nearly two months into the 2025 MLB season, the minor league prospect landscape is shifting fast. Several top prospects from the preseason rankings have already graduated to the majors, creating room for a fresh crop of rising stars. With trade season heating up and teams eyeing upgrades, it’s the perfect time to reassess the top talent across baseball's farm systems.

This updated list reflects recent performances, updated scouting projections, and proximity to the majors. Players who have exceeded rookie limits (130 at-bats, 50 IP, or 45 days on the active roster) have been removed, and prospects on the verge of graduation within the next week are excluded.
