Brandon Marsh – Right Hamstring Strain
Status: 10-day IL
Marsh injured his hamstring on April 16 vs. the Giants. He was placed on the IL on April 20. Cal Stevenson has been called up from Triple-A to fill his spot.
Ranger Suárez – Back Stiffness
Status: 15-day IL, Rehab in Progress
Suárez is rehabbing from a back injury. He threw four innings on April 16 for Single-A Clearwater and is expected to pitch again on April 22 in Triple-A. A return is likely after another rehab start.
Andrew Painter – Tommy John Recovery
Status: Rehab Starts at Low-A
Top prospect Painter is eyeing a mid-summer MLB debut. He pitched three scoreless innings on April 19 in his second rehab start. He’s scheduled to pitch again on April 25 in Clearwater.
Weston Wilson – Oblique Strain
Status: 10-day IL, Rehab Assignment Ongoing
Wilson is rehabbing with Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The Phillies must decide by April 28 whether to activate or option him.
